Nice... I will search out an apporpate K Car prize this afternoon That was killer video... Dude got a great hole shot (Kcars are very light) and ran a 10.53... Very funny... you could hear the crowd laughing when they were staging... then there were no more laughs when he Stomped the Supra... hehehe ;D |

I'd forgotten about those killer Kcars. A few washers under the spring bolt for the turbo waste gate and they come alive! Like the guy in Illinois who builds the street legal and really drivable 2300 cc Pinto's that run 11's. I think he got one in low 10's a few years ago.  Just your basic Ford Ranger 4 cylinder of today which started life in the 72 Pinto as an optional "more powerful" motor and lived through the Fairmonts, Mustang II's, Fox bodied Mustangs and many, many more Fords. Anyway, I digress on a digressed thread.  Turbo Kcars can fly cheaply. |

OK RACERS...the first give away winner is....Ships Gunner, for posting a photo, & video of a K Car Dragster, and a very entertaining video at that. The Dog searched the Dog Pit high and low for a K Car body to send, with no luck.....So you get the only box sedan I have in stock a 55 Chevy Bel Air. I know to true Mopar fans nothing can replace a K Car, but hopefully Ships Gunner can live with this.  This is a new Model Motoring 55 Chevy Belair body, and a new Auto World chassis, perfect for a Gasser project. However, I like that body enough (orange) that I might make it a shelfQueen since it was a prize. Demon... What do you mean 50cal.... I was thinking 5"/54... 5" diameter with a 270" long barrel... IF you gonna shoot... ensure it's dead when you are done...  WOW I think I'am going to need a bigger car then a K Car for that big 5/54 gun say a 57 PLYMOUTH FURY WAGON. ;D DEMON |

The oldsmobile Vista Cruiser,thier was a battle wagon! I think it would suck a K car down the carburator if you floored it, at the least 10 gallons of gas.
