No doubt a nice car and definitely different than most of the multi color Pro Mods you see everywhere but I think the paint job is a little cheesy. I never really understood why someone would go through the trouble of custom painting the rust look and rust holes on a perfectly good body.

Ah..Sam...tell us what ya think! It's cool that cars make such statements that we just have to express our feelings. Me... I have come to dislike all things billet. When it was new, it was neat, but before long the idea of some ultra neat part being spit out at one per minute by a CNC machine, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week just takes the glamor/neatness of owning it away. Give me Swearingin's antiqued/one off/ cartoon car any day. And that Ladies and Gentlemen is why cars come in more colors than Black (which isn't a color).

;D Guess I should keep my opinions on this particular paint style to myself. I know this is suppose to be the latest trend in Rodding. I just think it would look better all flat black with out all the added effects. Just one opinion here guys.

No worries Sam you have every right to be on the wrong side of this issue.
lmao.
I think The ratt rodd trend in general was CAUSED by the Boyd Coddington's et al............ Once "perfect" hot rods have become the norm......how do you top that?? You go the other way of course.
I enjoy the 'cartoonish' rustbuckets, but also very much like the simple ' back yard specials' that may be well built but use simple parts, very little chrome, and often the customizing is done by way of borrowed parts

Your right Sam. My son, Mike bought these both on ebay and I was curious if they are P/M legal for the race. Mike didn't even know I sent them to you to check out. Grand Thieft Auto?? You could have started a chop shop and parted them out! Anyway, they are back safe and sound. If they are legal, we'll send them in for the P/M class next month.
