We have plenty of photo's coming later today......give us a chance to catch our breath and Kevin will be loading them later today when he gets back home(Carl has been entering the race results starting with the B qualifies so don't yell at Kdog if I misspelled someone's name (I apologize).
Oh, does anyone want the results of the Finals from the "A" group?

OK, here's the "A" group finals.......... It's all Voegelin! All Chevy, all Camaro. Grumpy's Toy IX versus Old Reliable..... Not even close in the end, the best "race" of the day was the Semi-Finals..... Old Reliable (.778 ET; 9.26 mph; .463 RT) had a clear win over Grumpy's Toy (.810 ET; 8.98 mph; .507 RT) to take the Top Eliminator trophy (picture of that forthcoming!). Thanks to all who entered and sent cars. Thanks to Tom Cones for the award to present forthe "Best Light" in the finals. That went to Greg Skelton with a .413 in the B grop finals. Also thanks to Tom personally from me for the great looking altered that will find a place of honor on my track. Thanks to my "crew" that showed up to help me run this event: Kevin Petchulat Tim Ranch Lonnie Robbins Greg Skelton John Schifko Looking forward to the next event for PMS Drag-O-Way. Carl Schorle

OK Guys I'm back in Illinois, after a cool March Madness SS race. I guess you noticed after qualifying a more eloquent play by play man stepped up took the key board away from me and told me to find something to do that I was good at.....So the Dog ate wings, and for once enjoyed the race. Carl posted the rest of the data, and I think you will agree kicked my butt as far as good coverage. THANKS CARL. It's been a long day, so I'll get photos up before most of you wake up tomorrow.
As far as the racing I want to give the drivers their due for the clean racing NICE JOB GUYS !!!!
WOW Matt & Rick had (as always) awesome cars. Congratulations Rick it was a good win. It would have been nice to have Rick, & Matt go head to head in the finals, but not today.
Putting on one of these events is a bunch of work, I know the racers feel their work is done once the car is shipped off, and to a large part the tuff stuff is finished.
It's the easy stuff we are missing. Confusion as to whose cars belonged to who caused the delay in getting started...We got through that.
The Dog took a $20 out of his pocket to cover the entry fees of 3 racers with 2 cars each. A good thing as one guy has a trophy coming. I'll pm you so you can send me the cash. To clarify you pay separate for T&T and the race. No worries here glad to do it.
In closing all the cars looked awesome, when I post photos tomorrow, you will see trophy's for Top Qualifier, Top Eliminator, B Class winner, and Best appearing, witch Carl as host picked.

Time to retire the Tiger Land Express and Dog Catcher to the local bracket wars, and build a new SS car from what I've learned from these two WAR Horses, Great Race and congrats to RICK and his Chevy!!
