the chassis is charming. working on a bushing addition to mine as well. nice innovations Thank you sir! I still wanted to be able to snap the axle in and out. This does the trick. It is pretty snug, but I still use the axle keeper. If it does not work out let me know I will send you a set no charge, enjoyed talking to you a few nights ago.

Finally got the short wheel base version of the Carbon Fiber Chassis done. The biggest upgrade is the new pillow blocks with brass bushings installed. These pics show it setting on our Ford Mustang casting. It also shows off are new metal cast wheels and one of our 3 ohm motors. The last pic shows the difference between the long and short chassis.

Pro Stock Pinto setting on the short wheel base version of the Carbon Fiber Chassis. I have been reworking this body. It will also fit the 4Gear with our narrow wheels, that are shown in the picture. This is just a rough casting lots more to do.

Hey Robert I forgot the main body that I wanted, the 1965 Chevell. So I guess I will have to wait until next month so I can get one of your short carbon fiber chassis too.
It was great seeing and talking with you again.

It has been a little bit since I was last on the site. Now that I think about it I did congrat winners and racers at last race, so not that long ago. I have not done silly foam tires in along time. Alpink got me to look at a project and everybodies favorite mates from New Zealand did to. Anyway here are a couple of photos. So for those that may want silly foams I have started making them again. The ones in the photo are mounted on AW 4G wheels. The pic is before they are turn down. I have added another 3D printer to the shop and it will print just about anykind of material.

As I was texting Jeff I have fallen back in love with my Taig Lathe. I had been thinking about switching to Sherline. However I found out by rereading my parts list for Taig the the feature I wanted is available. Taig makes a die holder to allow me to use the lathe to turn 0-80 threads onto an axle. Hooray!!! I ordered the part. Now all I have to do is do it all correct. This is all for the wheels I have been working on.
