O.K. RACERS.........ANOTHER RACE COUNTDOWN ALERT!!! 12 DAYS TILL THE WINTER NATIONALS!!Track has been tuned, lanes are dead even, race banners have been raised, landscaping crews have left..........we are ready to run. There will be a car show at the track now through the race. We've had 4 Champions in (6) Classes that have run in 2014 at the Super Nationals and the East vs West Bracket Showdown. All of those racers have signed up and that includes the previous Bracket Champ Escamilla Chicks. They will be the one's to beat. As for Gasser's....they haven't run this year yet. Will one of our previous Champions repeat in a different class or will it be someone new. Maybe it will be YOU! You can't win if you don't race and time is running out. And if you don't win it's fun anyway! Bracket race is run what you brung....any chassis is legal. Dust off your cars and send them in!! Match races are still open through Sunday. Let's bring it racers !!

Yes the "track maintenance" vehicle is my baby. Been sitting waaaay too long, but it will live again. My grandfather bought that truck brand new in Kerens, Texas in 1964. For that reason alone it will run again. Thanks.

We have a good time doing the promo stuff. Yea Peter, I was telling Robert that I couldn't remember ever having that many. I think there were 4 or 5 at Lions one year shortly after I joined. We will make them fun. Going to mix them in over both days. I am ready....I wish it was this weekend.

:-[ATTENTION RACERS............Race address was sent to all racers last week. If you did not receive it let me know and I will resend! Be sure and include entry fees, any extra for return trip insurance, mark your cars with their number, and include any special instructions. Get your initial DIT submitted for the Bracket cars as well. We are looking forward to putting on a great show! I want to wish everyone good luck! It's going to be a great weekend of racing..........OH YEA!!! March 7 & 8, a NTRA proxy bracket race will be held. Each car will make a series of runs to establish an average ET for your car and determine which lane your car runs best. A percentage is added to the average to set a dail-in for your first round. From that point on the Dial In Tool will calculate dial-ins for the remainder of your rounds based on the DIT numbers supplied by you. If you did not supply DIT numbers a percentage determined by the Racemaster will be applied to your average and used throughout the elimination rounds. After the runs to determine your average, the times will be posted to allow racers to alter their initial DIT submissions, if submitted. Once times are posted racers have a period of time determined by the Racemaster to submit or alter DIT numbers. When the time period expires this thread will lock and no further changes to DIT numbers will be allowed. Submitted numbers will be applied to the DIT and the race will follow some time afterwards. Racers should use this thread to submit DIT numbers. Three numbers are required to set up the DIT: start percentage; regression factor; and regression stop. Start percentage: the initial percentage number applied to time in first round. Regression factor: number used to lessen percentage applied as rounds progress. Regression stop: the minimum percentage you wish to have applied to time. When submitting DIT numbers use one of the following formats. Separate the three numbers by either semi colon, comma, hyphen (dash), or asterisk. Entry #XX (number of car to apply DIT numbers) 3.00; 1.00; 1.00 (start percentage; regression factor; regression stop)Entry #XX (number of car to apply DIT numbers) 3.00, 1.00, 1.00 (start percentage, regression factor, regression stop)Entry #XX (number of car to apply DIT numbers) 3.00 - 1.00 - 1.00 (start percentage - regression factor - regression stop)Entry #XX (number of car to apply DIT numbers) 3.00 * 1.00 * 1.00 (start percentage * regression factor * regression stop)Review this tread to get idea of how DIT works. Any questions should be posted at same thread. How The Dial In Tool Works
