Just wanted to throw this out and gets some possible feedback. When I first got started or should say went from roundy roundy to getting it straight, I was using multiple wall warts with with about 6 taps on my 1/8 mile track along with low ohm standard trigger style controller. That worked just fine and dandy and shortly there after I would pick up all the HP printer wall warts (36v @3amps) just to get a little more speed. Soon I found that those parma style controllers would vary quite a bit as far as voltage fluctuation, obviously the more the use the more degradation. To eliminate this problem started using electric scooter controllers. I found this system to be very stable no matter how many times, the only drawback was you had to be a little creative on the trigger mechanism (they only come with thumb style, rotating motorcycle style (now in use) and a foot peddle style (have not tried yet). At first I used both a 24v and 36v controller running off a rechargeable three 12v 10amp batteries. The current system uses a 24-60v controller working off both a 24v regulated power supply (installed) and a separate 0-60v regulated power supply, for when I feel the need for craziness. I could post some pics if anyone wants but by far this is the most stable and reliable track power/contorller system I have found to date. p.s. Would NOT advise people to run 60v, much fun but major carnage if you mash the throttle

Hey JW, 60v's............how much space from end of track to closest wall....lol. I'm guessing things either put another hole in wall or blow-up trying

It's a blast pceng, I don't have a very long run off track (2ft) because I use an airbag style catch all, works great and have not broken any bodies/chassis even those thin kind that are vacuum formed. But I have destroyed 75% of the arms ran at 60v.... it's so hard not to just mash the throttle
