Shaun and I took another trip over the hill this time to visit Sandfly Alley. Full HO scale 1/4 mile track with return road. Twin 30 volt 10 amp power supplies.
Parma controllers and Slot Dragon timing gear. This track has two extra finish line tracks with sensors. So you simply unplug and plug in to whatever track you like?
This gives Sandfly Alley the ability to race 1/8 mile, 1000ft and 1/4 mile lengths. Sandfly Alley is also developing ladder software that allows racers to view their
ladder progress on a TV screen. Very cool, more on this later.
We raced Tjet, 4 gear, 3 gear, inline classes. Shaun and I made it to the 3 gear finals with Shaun taking the honors and resetting the 3 gear track record.
I managed to win the inline class and reset that track record as well. We didn't have an answer for these guys in the 4 gear classes!!
