Guys what about Shoe tech blocks? I am seeing that .014 is pretty much the standard height? I may be wrong. But looking at Scale Engineering and RTHO's they both offer them in different sizing, look pretty much alike and the both are priced about the same. Just would like to order the correct one

My Max track is pretty much .013-.014 and most AFX style track is .010-.014. AFX track will vary more since you can push the rails from below and raise them slightly if they are to low.

4/18 UPDATE..
Had a good Quarter at Work, and used part on my work bonus for parts & pieces acquisitions. Breaking down the MAJOR Tool List from all the MFG's, and did buy up some of the listed tools I needed and getting some more this week. I went and got all the major tools from RT-HO, minus the Idler post expanding tool as its on back order. Purchased BSRT's Pro Crown Gear Puller and Pro Gear Press Lucky Bobs Wheel Puller. Scored a VRP VAMP Meter, and 4amp power supply off Feebay. (I am going to order a New Dyno 3.0 directly from VRP)
Still looking into Tech / Set Up blocks, and need to figure out what I actually need for the wheel press. I am going with the Scale Engineering unit however still trying to figure out what anvils I will actually need / use for my builds.
Harbor Freight has a Really Nice work bench I am going to grab, along with some storage cases for parts and pieces. and Micro-Mark's April Catalog just came in the mail yesterday and have a lot of tools that will help with the builds.

Sounds like you are well on your way. Hope to be close to what and where you guys are. Once I get this all sorted out its then track time, I may have some good news in the next week or so. On top of all that I also heard from the owner / originator or the SCM Blueprint pack, and he happened to have a few left, BOOM Major score for the T Jet builds as he sold me one.

You got me. What's an SCM blueprint pack? It was a kit produced some time ago for blue printing t jets. Kit came with a chassis plate, several punches and mandrel. All the tools needed to strip down a T Jet, tighten rivets, peen gears, square chassis, and reassemble It.
