Gnome,
Thanks for posting the photo. The Street Jets look similar to what I planned to send. With 2 old Tjets with burned brush holes and missing connectors, I was going to install brush cups. Only found 1 pair but dropped one into the black hole, that is my garage floor.
Did you use cups or some other mod?
How do you like the Dash Chassis? The Irish Luck Willys I sent is a Dash. Runs good in practice but seems to choke under pressure.
Bill

in addition would it be OK to get a group picture of the bottom of the cars? no identities Here's the underside of the 2 gassers that were at "Rewind at Woodward". Nuthin' special here. The orange Henry J was a stock t-jet from AW before they started putting the traction magnets in the chassis. Glued 1 stock thunderjet mag and the other magnet glued on was some that dave632 graciously turned me onto. The yellow Willy's was a stock Aurora t-jet with more of the same traction magnets glued on that Dave had given to me. Stock arms & motor mags.

As you can see everything made it safe and sound and very quickly! Edit: It looks as though the Belair took a good hit to the passenger side as I don't remember that wheel being so close to the chassis lol.

Here are pictures of my StreetJet and Gassers from the race. Theses were my first attempt at building a T-Jet so there pretty simple and basic. The StreetJet is a chassis I bought from Jim Sprig years ago and I screwed it up and I managed to salvage it for this race. Will post pics of my cars once they're back in my possession. We were away for the weekend and put our mail on hold. It won't be delivered until Tuesday as the post office will celebrate Veterans Day on Monday.
Speaking of Veterans Day - a big shoutout to all of you who have served.

I Here are the pics of the underside of my cars. AW for the Stude, Dash for the Willys. The Judge has an Xcellerators chassis (Auroras first attempt at slotless racing). Since the front wheels were set in a fixed turn, a straight front axle was added. One nice feature about these chassis' is that the rear axle pops in and out. The Blue Fire GTO has a Tuff Ones Chassis.
