I was not aware of such thing as a "procrastinator race". My cars are slated to arrive tomorrow. I guess should just happy if they arrive in time. Looking forward to having a blast, and coming in last!  At least until I get a practise track operational. there is nothing announced or official about "procrastinators" race. rather it is a legendary tradition among a few racers who always seem to steam into port last second. Perhaps we could make predictions about who will be last and pick the date and time of arrival.  |

If all the cars make it, we will have a full field of 32 cars in the 1.0 index, and well over 80 cars total. This class has proven to be very popular. I am thinking of extending this to 2 index classes for my next event.
For this event I will be picking out a selection of cars for best appearing and the racers will be voting for their favorite.

It was a spur of the moment decision as I surely did not want to promote procrastination on purpose. Its all my fault! I like to make fun of several of us that are over-achievers at procrastination. Like Dave, its not my intention to encourage waiting till the last second. Some folks are going to do that regardless, and despite the painful recent experiences of cars not arriving in time for events. Its even worse that some of the cars that arrived too late were sent in, in what should have been plenty of time but encountered excessive delays by the carrier or customs. |

Yha ,you really don't want to win that one Ken. It's nerve racking . Some how a grown adult kid like myself still can't get this. With that I will say Sign me up on the procrastinators list. I'll be working on mine throughout the night and have them mailed when the post office opens. Then I'll probably take a nap ha ha.

I’m one of the Top procrastinators here😁 I’m not proud of it just good at it. It’s part of my DNA. I don’t want to promote it in any way. This time I out procrastinated myself🤪 and didn’t get the time to even start on any cars. To much stuff going on I guess. No excuses. So anyway Dave please scratch my cars😐 I would like to thank anyone who might have been pulling for me to win Top Procrastinator😁 Good Luck to All who make the race.
