Last 4 Match races coming up. Check out Pete's Wizzard Fusion Mustang while you're waiting. Plenty of light, not sure why pics are so dark. Click on the picture and it will take you to Flikr. It can be magnified by clicking on the picture there. One of the many reasons I prefer Flikr.

2019 Texas Nationals final four Match Races.
Match 5 Mazda "Top Cat" Jaguar vs Gibbo61 "Troublemaker" Belvedere (4g Comp @ 20v)
Race 1 The Top Cat Jag winds up real nice on the top end and puts down a strong pass. Gibbo61's Belvedere is running good but gives this race to Mazda. .7741et to .8937et.
Race 2 The lights drop and the Jag blows a gear at the hit and goes absolutely nowhere. Troublemaker slows way down but is going to win this race and Race 3 since Mazda is broken. 1.0253et to DNF. Gibbo61 wins Match.
Match 6 Eagle Racing bike vs JJW AJR bike (Stock Wizzard Patriot @ 22v) Eagle has dominated these bike grudge races. Does JJW have enough to get it done this time?
Race 1 It's a staging duel. JJ is making Eagle go in first but Eagle says "I ain't gonna do it" and sits there. Race starter motions them to go in....JJ's in Eagle's in and BAM!! JJW lays it on Eagle and takes Race 1 .6209et to .6261et.
Race 2 JJ knows not to be too confident....Eagle doesn't play. They both stage with no games. AJR bike is out past 660' then the Eagle bike drives right by and turns on the win light. This one is going to Race 3. .6196et to .6235et.
Race 3 JJW wants this bad but his bike slows and Eagle just keeps getting faster with every pass. Eagle wins Race easily and Match in 3 .6121et to .6336et.

Match 7 JJW Tyco yellow bike vs Sjracer Tyco red bike (Stock Tyco motorcycle @18v)
Race 1 Sjracer's bike sounded much better in the burnout than JJW's. Lights drop down and the red bike is out like a rocket and gaps JJW for the easy win. Yellow bike will need some help in the next round. Sjracer 1.0252et to 1.1358et.
Race 2 Sjracer's red bike is going to win the race and the Match.........but just barely. JJW was coming and Sjracer slowed from the last run. 1.1065et to 1.1099et. WM .0010
Match 8 Pete's Wizzard Fusion Mustang vs Dave632 55 Chevy DR-1 (Inline Super Stock @ 20v)
Race 1 Dave632 went out with a deslot in Class racing and is looking for some redemption. Wizzard Fusion chassis is making it's debut here. The Mustang makes a quick pass but it's the '55 that turns the win light on and takes Race 1 .5221et to.5366et.
Race 2 Both racers want this one bad. Both cars make faster runs, but Pete can't get it to a Race 3. Dave632 wins the Match in two. .5201et to .5232et.
That completes all of the racing. I will be awarding Best in Show at some point and wrapping things up throughout the afternoon. Thank you everybody for the positive comments!

Well done Gibbo61. It seems that the Jag is forever plagued with gear problems. We have had some really good racing this weekend. I would like to thank Jeff again for the hard work he has put in for our enjoyment.

Another great day of racing, Jeff! Thanks! Congratulations to all the match race winners! Really enjoyed the motorcycles I'm super impressed that the Wizard Fusion has a body clip I believe it's designed to be compatible with the Tomy body clips, which opens a word of possibilities, since Harden Creek makes, low profile clips as well as AFX to Tyco and Lifelike adapter clips.

2019 NTRA Texas Nationals at Bear Creek Dragway is coming to a close. The events Best in Show has yet to be awarded. I'm here to do that now. I picked 5 cars out of the group to judge. I look at the complete build.....body, paint, details, and chassis. The builders of these cars were Eagle Racing, Triple52, Ecbill, and Mazda. 2 of the 5 were Triple52's. Ok with all that being said, the Winner is....................
Ecbill"s "Carolina Crusher" Cuda
Congratulations Bill on winning Best in Show!!

I want to thank everybody once again for participating in the race. I would also like to once again thank ALL of the sponsors that supported this and all my other races. Racers will receive some goodies. THANK YOU!! Ihave edited all the videos in the phone and saved them on the computer. Now I have to move them to my Videopad editor and edit them for posting. I am not going to do that today. But they will be posted here sometime this week. Thanks everybody. Also thanks to Sam Beckworth for providing this Nitroslots platform to race on!! Looking ahead now to the Smoky Mountain Dragway.
