Hey guys,
Think I know who it is - Toots Bell, used to go by the name "Tinker". Moved here after the war to bring back burlesque for the homecoming troops. Heard a story once about her being the inspiring force behind drag racing. Something about her betting a barfull of GI's they couldn't catch her...........don't know what she put up, but I remember her drinkin the rest of the night free. That's really all I remember of that story, was a long time ago that I heard it.
Can't really tell from the pics if it is her, but if it is tell her to get in touch with me.
