;D Yes you can change time anytime before the car runs for time. Sorry, missed your question earlier. The answer on voltage is 22 Volts on all passes. It is stated in rules 1st page.

This is the car for Pass Time Game #10. I have decided to ad three more prizes. Only one question kbuck ;D Maybe 79malibu will ask that question, because he really should dump that time fastz28 it is a standard brush spring setup, the brushes are hard not soft material
