Yes, that's correct. I found this forum because i was searching for some informations for dragracing in H0 Scale. But it seems, that H0 is smaller in Europe. Welcome to the site ! (don't remember if that was said).
I'm the wrong person to tell you how to post pics. Know it is done through Photobucket....... believe something is listed on site home page explaining how to use. Perhaps someone that knows better will chime in soon.

Hi Peter Iam in Port Washington for about 13 years now, but before that I used to Drag race the 1/24 scale Near little Neck & Great Neck.
