Hey all,
From the cars that have arrived and what I knew would would also be racing. We will have a number of different chassis running at this event. Was thinking that if all attending would supply a brief breakdown of their builds all might get better idea of how different chassis compare with various mods. Don't want to be pulling things apart so I'll leave particulars other than the obvious to you. Thought this would be better than just so-and-so smoked so-and-so. Knowing why.
......up to you, for all to know what's running. PC

That is a good idea PC, so here is my info.
Grim Reaper - 59 Caddy Hearse Pro Mod Chassis AW 4gear Magnets AW Stock Ceramic Tires Eagle Racing Motor - Screamin Eagle Hand Wound 5ohm timed (think of it as super mean green)
What I did was try to dial to the power supply. In this case Wall Warts. Think of this setup as pumped up Door Slammer.

My hearse is headed out. Mine is a stock untuned Super G chassis that I picked up used on ebay. I changed out the shoes and rear axle assembly with narrow silly foams and a 23T crown gear. No reason for the 23T other than it already had narrow tires mounted on the same axle. Should be there Wednesday.

Mine is a Hairy Canary modified '62 Chevy C10 pick up. - 4g AW chassis - mean green motor - ceramic magnets - Eagle Racing sillies - shunts and braids
Basically just a moderately tuned Doorslammer for the volts/amps we are running. Played around with some stronger magnets, but the car wouldn't move.....lol.

Ole number 13 is a AW 4G chassis with a Mean green arm, Thunder Brushes, 30 gauge shunts, standard ceramic magnets, and braids on the pick ups. Jel-Claw Tires and the body is an Eagle Racing Cadillac Hearse. Rivet was peened to minimize gear tracking and the whole plate was lapped in.

Hey all,
Two days left for arrivals. So far we're looking at four AW 4g's (pancakes), two Tyco 440x-2's wide pans (inline), a Tomy super G+, and a Slottech SS/panther also both inlines. Hopefully a few more will arrive before racing starts. Will post particulars of each build before first round begins.
GOOD LUCK to all that make it on time ............... Peter
