Well I already have the first arrivals. I'm starting to set up grandstands, but wasn't quite ready for pics yet. So I took a quick pic for posting. The escamillachicks are the first race team to roll thru the gates with an entry in each class. It has begun !!  I have not checked the mail yet today, but I expect to see Team 412 pulling thru the gates anytime. More to come.......

Kiwidave's 2 entries have just arrived straight off the cargo plane at the airport. His cars and crew have made the looooong trip from New Zealand!!  Dave this is awesome that you could make it. Welcome and good luck! Dave you have a PM.

Not quiet last minute, but hauler hit the bricks this morning. Thanks in advance to "Bear Creek" and the crew for hosting yet another event. Good luck to all the racers attending this event.

Jjwallace is now in the pits with his 2 Ford Doorslammers. The next 3 days will be the big arrival days. I hope everybody makes it on time.

2 Doorslammers Darius? Hope that Orange beast is in transit quickly after Battle for the Crown... My 59 Caddy got a complete over haul and would like the Rematch...

JJ,
Best of luck on the race this weekend. Glad the timing system is working out for you. Thanks again for taking over the Battle for The Crown event for Maple Grove Drag Strip. Hopefully Maple Grove will be able to take on a few events for 2014 once we get past this issue with my aging mother.

Thanks AL  Lots of arrivals today (jimrussell, pceng, SKR, slotfather, 79malibu, stinger, and phantombse)!! Took me a couple of hours to get everybody checked in and inventoried. Taking care of final race details as well. Going to get some pics of the arrivals and post tonight or tomorrow. It's close racers!! We will be racing in less than two days!! Looking forward to this race big time. The cars all look great and I can tell that everyone has brought their A game for this one.

Jimrussell and his full race crew were the first to pull through the gates today. His cars look very clean and ready to run fast.
Not too far behind him was pceng. He has 1 car in each class and brought his inline F.E.D along for some track time.
Had a few more teams arrive throughout the day. More pics tomorrow.

O.K. Racers I have some good news for some and some bad news for others.  The only cars that I recieved today were from Ninjatek and chriswfo. There is an insured box at the Post Office that I have to pick up because they would not deliver it for whatever reason. Don't know who's it is. We will pick it up in the morning. Won't put us too far behind. I will get some arrival pics up here in awhile. Sjracer and sukafish you have a PM.
