JJ.... Your on fire! I guess I need to step it up to regain that track record  Congrats my friend!! Also congrats to all the winners in each class! Some great racing!!!! Another great weekend for the NTRA. Man, I guess I really need to add some down force to my MM/PS cars for stock tracks. I was happy with the qualifying runs but it looks like it must of hopped a little in Rd 1. Thanks to the crew in NJ for picking Chima's body as "Best in Show" That body has been raced a lot and was painted years ago so she is very happy. Sam |

Was wondering what type of chassis might have arrived for testing ?
Anything besides my scrap yard special ? Makes the weight, got about 9 or 10 degree advance on arm. Tried doing this with Tyco & Wiz/Gr wire. But could not move comm, wires were to tight. We've spoke about Tyco's before,, have you ever tried adjustable barrels in a Tyco ? Thinking of that, silver brushes, maybe oversized barrels......... Peter

Congratulations to all of the Nor'Easter class winners. It has been a great racing weekend. Big thanks to the RACEMASTER & Crew of ATCO Dragway. Fantastic photos and great commentary. Thanks for running our cars. Thanks to all who participated. Everyone did a great job with their cars. Lots of tight racing and a good looking field. This is NTRA's biggest race calendar. So take a deep breath and get ready for more. Coming in May: Registration opens Friday April 11, 2014. And while you are at it get ready for 2014 ROCKY MOUNTAIN SPRING NATIONAL. Introducing Econo Dragster Class, also running at this event Gassers and MM/PS. Oldtimers and regulars cannot be half-stepping. A few new racers are on the scene and they aren't playing around. Has anybody received their cars or heard if they've shipped?? They should have gotten back by now.  Don't know if I should be concerned about them being lost or not.

I don't think anybody has their cars yet and don't think there is any need to worry about them being lost. Something probably took precedent over getting our cars shipped. I wouldn't worry unless you start seeing them on ebay I know I'd be bidding on some of them. Hopefully all is well with Tom and crew. |
