What volts is econo rail dragster being run at? 25.6V Drag City has two 12 Volt batteries. This is the voltage they sit at before they get charged. So does that mean there is no voltage adjustment and all classes are running at that voltage? I've been testing at the recommended voltages in all classes. Thanks.

DCU is not set up for adjusting volts at this time and I'm not sure if it ever will be. I must of missed the recommended voltage for each class but like you said "recommended". As you know we added this class recently so a few details were missed. If someone could post where I can find the recommended voltage info.I 'd appreciate it. I'd like to run the classes at my new track similar to most. Thanks

Well Sam that's just it. Sometimes those voltages are posted and sometimes they are not. Cordell informed me earlier that there are no set voltages only recommended voltages. I am not looking to start another "discussion" or anything. I am just realizing that I need to be asking these questions at the beginning of sign ups for events.....duh. When they are not posted, I will just use what they have been run at in the past. I assumed (which is my mistake) that would be the case with your race. I should have asked and should have also remembered from last year. I guess we will see what happens. I haven't boxed anything up yet so I will make a few more passes today after work. No worries though. Just wondered if all classes were running at the higher voltages when I saw your post. Thank you and good luck with the race!

Well gang, If you are signed up and have not received shipping info yet.... please shoot me a message. I think I covered everyone on the list.
More details will come later today as far as to what time to expect results to start posting. Tentatively all qualifying will be done Friday with eliminations on Saturday. Unfortunately I was unable to make the race last night at DCU so I have no advice for anyone, this truly should be interesting for all of us going into an event with basically no info to pass on to you all for track set up. I did here that the MM/PS cars that were set up for the old surface are hopping on this one meaning that more down force will be needed and wheelie bars would help. The last track had wider rail so all of our cars here were set up with lighter down force. Also I hear the track timed section was lengthen 6" so now total length is 16'6" timed.
We are looking forward to racing your cars and hope to provide you all with an entertaining weekend of racing. Not too late to sign up! Have your cars here by the time mail runs on Friday.
Good Luck!!!!!!!!
this just in: The NTRA is sparing no expense at promoting this event. They flew out a few competitors to promote our event in downtown Colorado Springs again last night. They even sent bail money for Doug... (again).
3 wide Drag Racing. Looks like Pceng is quick out of the hole while Doug and Cordell are banging gears fighting for the #2 position.
