great weekend of drag racing!!!! Close racing, a few upsets and then holy crap....... probably the best captured HO drag racing crash I've ever seen all in slow motion. I watched it several times and crack up when I see that front tire bounce off the track at the end. You have to wonder if that Gantry wasn't there, would of JJ have taken out the camera? btw, what locked up on your car?

We have a great time racing all the NTRA members cars at the race. We get to see fantastic workmanship in modeling, great craftsmanship in building ho drag cars. It just makes doing this hobby all that much better, THANK YOU!!

Great race ! Robert, Jeff and crew did a awesome job great coverage. Congrats to all the winners and Dennis in best in show nice job. And what a "WILD" N/TF final that was wicked as long as know body was hurt of coarse.

OK....Finally got to sit down and go through the whole race myself. Only had my phone while running race and I am not that familiar with the mobile version of the forum and phone so I have done very little posting. First I want to say THANK YOU TO OUR AWESOME...AWESOME SPONSORS!! :DYou guys and gals are fantastic in your support!! Thanks everyone for the congratulations sent my way and I want to congratulate all of our weekend class Champions!! GREAT JOB!! Thank you to Robert aka Eagle for the hospitality over the last 3 days. I always enjoy going to the Blacktop!! All the racers......you guys and gal(s) are awesome as well. The cars are always great and the competition is getting more and more heated with every event. I love it!! Thank you for allowing us the privilege of running your cars. As everyone can see the competition was fierce from start to finish with the highlight of the weekend obviously being the N/TF Finals......WOW!! BTW.....no NTRA officials or drivers were hurt in that incident......lol. It was killer to have caught that on camera much less slow motion. Anyway........thanks everybody and look forward to seeing ya'll back in Texas in September.

I think my gears didnt mesh on that run and that is what locked up. Suffered bent front and rear axles but otherwise ok. Had to pull my other entry last minute because of slop in the gears and I noticed on the blu/wht car that it was getting more and more loose. I just waited a little too long to start my builds and didnt get them shimmed up right. I know what I need to do and will be ready for September. See you there brutha!! Great job once again.

I just sat down to watch all the race coverage and I must say the crew at Blacktop Dragway did an outstanding job.
Congrats to JJWALLACE on wins in M/FC and Doorslammers, Eagle for his T/F win, and SKR in N/TF. I guess I should Congrat Phantom and his MM/PS for his lucky win.
Thanks to all the awesome sponsors and Ninjatek for the great prizes.
I must give a personal thanks to SKR for building my complete MM/PS and my N/TF chassis.
