Just got the news from TGM that our very own Rick Williamson's Father passed away today. Anybody that has been involved with NTRA racing or this site knows Rick as the maker of "Hairy Canary Resins". Rick and family, we are so sadden to hear of your loss. Our deepest condolences. Sam & Kim

Rick,
most sincere condolences to you, your family and friends for your loss. words cannot properly convey the new found freedom your Dad's spirit now has and I expect that this reiteration will sound hollow. rejoice in the times you had with him.

Rick, Like many fathers both current and past he was the greatest!
Think often of those times Rick.
TO those whose fathers are still with us probably a good idea to give him a good long hug!
The best Rick

THANK YOU everyone for all the kind words. My Dad was a great Dad my best friend and hero I am going to miss him. When I get some time I am going to do a tribute page on my website. Thanks again everyone for your support. Here are a couple pictures from the mid 60's he's the one on the right in the black cowboy hat. <a href="http://s1105.photobucket.com/user/HairyCanaryjr/media/Canaryhauler_zps907ba882.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1105.photobucket.com/albums/h359/HairyCanaryjr/Canaryhauler_zps907ba882.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo Canaryhauler_zps907ba882.jpg"/></a>
This one was with his 62 Corvette F/MP before his first Funny cars. He held the National Record with it for a couple of years. It had a 292 six cylinder with 3 quads. It sounded like a bucket of bee's. My uncle on the left (my moms brother). <a href="http://s1105.photobucket.com/user/HairyCanaryjr/media/DonWilliamson_zpsb27e96f2.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1105.photobucket.com/albums/h359/HairyCanaryjr/DonWilliamson_zpsb27e96f2.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo DonWilliamson_zpsb27e96f2.jpg"/></a> ://i1105.photobucket.com/albums/h359/Hair
