Thanks Eagle, I guess I should follow my own rules. I accept Jeff's race first since he said he posted in the official call out thread, not sure if he deleted it or not? Congrats Dave! Your car edged me out again, looks like Jeff is hungry for #1. Tough break Clyde, we've all done that before. Hope Joe makes a full recovery

Hope Joe makes a full recovery Yes Sam another close one, seems like our cars are glued together as they ran side by side down my track. If you ask me why that Nomad has such a good 60' time I cannot answer that question. None of my own similarly prepared cars can match it, Your car consistently ran more MPH than mine but the reaction and 60' time went to the 57 every time. Just wanted to mention I was afraid to take the Orange 57 Chevy apart for cleaning but I did clean the arm before shipping. Enjoying the show and looking forward to more. Bracket race will be the first one in a long time, should be interesting, trying to guess what ET mood the cars are in is tough.

I only said that to bring attention back to the call out thread. We were still acknowledging calls outs on the race thread as they came in as well. I did post on the call out thread but it is not there for some reason. I am using my iPad mini today and I think it might have been something with it and the wifi signal. Either way doesn't matter. I will race loser between you and Dave.

Good morning race fans and racers. Today is the 1st day of the Classic Bracket Race. The temp is 34 degrees with clear skies. The track and the racemaster (very important) are a comfortable 68 degrees. Time trials are now beginning, once complete I will post results. Then you the racer can tell us what percent off of your time you would like. Here are a few examples: ET 1.00 less 3% off time dial in would be .970 ET 1.00 less 5% off time dial in would be .950 If you do not say anything we will dial you in at less 5% off your ET. Rookie bracket racer question: Whàt is the purpose of the percent off?

Bill, you can't go quicker than your dial in time. The aim is to get as close to your dial in time as possible every race. If you run closer to your dial in time than the guy you race you will win!
Great racing. Great job Gymi, Let's do that again sometime? Wow, great race Jeff, Thanks, always a great test as to how your cars are going if you race Jeff.

Congrats to all match race winners, good show! Bill you do not have to take any time off your ET if you don't want to. In fact you can add some if you want. However if you run under your dial in you are disqualified even if you cross the line first so most of us add a cushion in case the car runs quicker and these cars will surprise you even more than full size cars will. I have had some cars I races improve a .5 second over the early times they run.

Thanks Dave, that is the quickest AW T-jet I ever pulled out of the box. Flat out puts every stock T-Jet it has raced on the trailer. Would love to race again.
