Yesterday was definitely a full day of track time and today will be more of the same. I am running a little behind on the tentative race schedule, but I allow for that. So all is good. Today will begin with the 3rd and Final round of the Manufacturers race. Following that will be First Round call outs for PSO and 4GO. Get your call outs in if you haven't already done so!
Manufacturers Challenge point standings so far has the 1) Chevy Team leading with 9pts, 2) Independent Team with 6pts, 3) Ford Team with 3pts, and 4) Chrysler Team with 2pts. Top two teams are still in it for the win, but the Chevy Team has only lost one race so far and they will be hard to beat.

Here we go.......
Round 3 Chevy vs Independent.
Race 1 Chevy #1 Dave632 Camaro vs Independent #1 Dave632 Nomad. This one was won in the first 60'. Camaro jumps out on Nomad and and stays there for the win light. Nomad didn't let the Camaro get away....just couldn't catch up. Camaro .6089et to Nomad .6539et.
Race 2 Chevy #2 Hilltop Monte Carlo vs Independent #2 Nosub Trans Am. Extremely close race!! The Monte Carlo hooks up at the hit and the TA goes into brief tire shake. That was enough for the Chevy to earn another point for the Team. WM .0036. Hilltop .6916et to Nosub .7032et.
Race 3 Chevy #3 Ecbill Z28 vs Independent #3 Mustang Paul Supra. Battle of the orange cars. This one ends up being one sided. The Mustang Paul has tire issues and gives up the win to Ecbill. Z car lays down a solid run. .7175et to Supra .7861et.
Race 4 Chevy #4 Nosub Corvette vs Independent #4 Hilltop '56 Delivery. The Delivery has certainly been delivering on time. Hilltop gets the holeshot, but the Corvette still gets to the 60' first. By 660' the '56 has reeled the Corvette back in and goes by for the win. Hilltop .7433et to Nosub .7937et.
Race 5 Chevy #5 Rider '63 Corvette vs Independent #5 Woodcote Escort. The Corvette has been erratic today and falls off from it's previous best run. The Escort makes a good A to B pass to turn on the win light. Win for the Independent Team. Woodcote .8412et to Rider .8746et.
Chevy 3pts. Independents 2pts.

Round 3 Ford vs Chrysler
Race 1 Ford #1 JJ Torino vs Chrysler #1 Eagle Charger. Both cars slow from previous runs. The big block Ford is too much for the Mopar this day and takes the first win for Ford. Torino .6490et to Charger .7852et.
Race 2 Ford #2 Sandfly vs Chrysler #2 Hairy Canary Stealth. The Dodge gets out on the Ford, but tops out at the 1/8 mile. The GT40 keeps pulling all the way through the traps. Sandfly .7235et vs Hairy Canary .7819et.
Race 3 Ford #3 Ham1200 Escort vs Chrysler #3 Kiwidave Challenger. The Challenger is the best down low.........the Escort does it's work on the top end with a nice charge. Ham1200 .7545et to Kiwidave .7624et.
Race 4 Ford #4 Kiwidave Mustang vs Chrysler #4 Hairy Canary Superbird. The Mustang falls way off on et but still has enough to send the 'Bird to the trailer. Superbird ran it's number, just a little down on power today. Kiwidave .8500et vs Hairy Canary .9225et.
Race 5 Ford #5 Woodcote Capri vs Chrysler #5 Eagle RAM truck. Wow.....don't know where that came from! Eagle lays down a hot run for the easy win against Woodcote and saves being swept by the Ford Team! The Capri betters it's et in a loss to the truck. Eagle .6867et to Woodcote .7575et.
Ford 4pts. Chrysler 1 pts.

There were (3) cars that won all of their races.....all were on the Chevy Team.....Dave632 Camaro, Hilltop Monte Carlo, and Ecbill Z28. It was decided on fastest et. The Camaro ran a blistering .5966 during eliminations and that gets him top honors. Congrats Dave!!

Jeff great coverage as always. I'm really impressed on how organized you are. Congratulations to the Chevy Team and Dave and his dominating performance. I need to improve on my inline skills. I don't know if this is the proper thread for a Call Out but how ever the race between Dave and I end up I would like to CO who ever when it's my turn. Thanks Rick

Round 1 Pro Street Outlaw Call Out results. There were only 4 call out for that round. I hope we have more for Round 2. Race 1 Nosubfor3 CO Dave632 for the #1 spot. Blue Silk has been waiting for this opportunity and now here it is. The Corvette has been the strongest car at the last couple of events, but hasn't been able to get to the #1 spot. Rebel Nomad has been perched proudly at the top for awhile now. Will he stay there? Dave is a little late getting to the line, but that's just the king taking his time . Both cars waste no time pulling in.....lights drop and they're gone. The Corvette will not be denied this day and leads at every incremental to take the win. The Nomad drops off in performance from previous showings, but is still solid. Nosubfor3 Blue Silk is the new #1!! Blue Silk .5992et to Rebel Nomad .6335et.Race 2 JJWallace CO for loser of Race 1 for the #2 spot. The Dream Crusher is looking to get back to number one, but Dave stand in his way. The Rebel Nomad is not accustomed to losing and does not like it at all. He wants to put it on the Mustang and get another shot at Nosub. They are ready and stage. The green lights up and JJ grabs a slight holeshot but not much. The Dream Crusher continues to pull away and takes the #2 spot. Dave is consistent and runs very close to the first race. The Nomads performance is just a little off today. JJWallace .6192et to Dave632 .6393et.Race 3 Ecbill CO loser of Race 2 for the #3 spot. The Rebel Nomad can't catch a break and has to do a quick turn around to get ready for Ecbill's Steeler Corvette. They get it done and Steeler is waiting at the line. Dave gets lane choice and takes the left lane. They stage and are gone. The Corvette doesnt' have the power to take down the Nomad this time, but I'm sure he will be back. Th Rebel Nomad is a Bracket car today and runs a consistent number again. Dave632 stays at #3. Dave632 .6395et to Ecbill .6744et.Race 4 Schlesenerj CO Hilltop for the #6 spot. The Grand National definitely got a huge break with the 3 no shows and was able to move into a postition to call out Hilltop for the #6 spot. Hilltop is looking to move up as well and needs to get past Justin here. Both cars sound strong. Who's going to move ahead.....cars are in and they launch wheels up together. Good race and today the win goes to the Grand National, but Grady was right there on Justin's quarter panel. We'll see what happens in the next round. That's a wrap for Round 1 of Pro Street Outlaw call outs. Get your call outs in for Round 2 tomorrow!!
