Smoky Mountain Spring Nationals
April 27-29th 2018

The 68 Camaro pictured above was a car I raced in the past. It had a 632 big M, full roller, Edlebrock 370 heads, single King Demon carb. It ran
decent running mid 5s in the 1/8th and mid 8s in the 1/4 @ 150+. The crowd liked the wheelies, which is where this picture came from, but they
actually slow your ET. The Beretta I had would only pull the wheels about 3-4" and it's 60 was in the 1.0s vs high 1.2s for the Camaro.
Classes to be run:
Rookie inline stock: This class is for racers who are just getting started. Any stock
6 ohm inline, ceramic magnet, stock gearing, chassis. Slip on tires and wheelie bars allowed, no braid.
NO highly experienced racers allowed.
Jag DR and TR chassis are allowed in all classes.
For this race stock traction magnets should be used in Rookie stock.
In Veteran and Super stock any traction magnet is OK.
Veteran stock: same as above except open to all.
Inline Super Stock: Open to all racers. Braid, gearing changes, any slip on tire.
Ceramic magnets, with stock type 6 ohm armature. Traction magnets up to 2 allowed any size.
Inline Super Comp: As above except additionally; any chassis allowed, BSRT, Viper, Wizzard,
2.5 arm, Poly magnets and silifoam tires are OK.
Wheelie bars allowed in ALL classes.
Bodies requested: Hard plastic Drag or muscle car.
If all you have is a roundy round send it in you will still be allowed to race.
Anyone wanting to run an Unlimted Inline MATCH race please let me know.
I will once again do an exhibition race with the 4 Unlimteds I have, = 50-60+ mph speeds.
I know these cars are expensive to build but they sure do fly.
PSO and 4GO list races will be held right after this event, May 4th & 5th.
