Bought something from him and was very pleased. Just got a set of these. GREAT WHEELS. Anyone mounted these yet? If so what size axle did you use? I asked them the same question. He said you can use the stock knurled axles with the knurls filed off or use a smooth axle. I was going to check the DR1 rear axle to see it its the same diameter, since they are only knurled in the middle. |

I tried a .059 axle and it wobbles. Was going to run a drill through the wheels to accept a .063, but filing the knurles seem like a better idea.

If you chuck it in a Dremel it would probably file down pretty quick.

Nosub,
Check out Jag's hop up Dr1 rear axle. Go to Jag's site, parts, Jag Hobbies, Hop Up parts, Dr1 hop up rear. Looks like it would be perfect for those wheels.
