If you are refering to the small gear attached to the armature they are every where. Jags,Wizzard, etc. Do a internet search for 9 tooth t-jet pinion gears.

Got some in a large lot form ebay seller "ratherboring" at a pretty good price.
By the way they are the same as the drive pinion that meshes with the crown gear on original Tjets and T-Dash chassis. Just be sure they are the 9 tooth, since some Tjet variations may have 12 or 14 teeth. The only reason I mention it is that you don't have to limit your search to 4gear applications only.

Thanks guys. I have found some on eBay. Postage to England can be crazy. There is one vendor who wants $65 postage for them But I have found one with cheaper postage. I have just got an order from Jag but could not see them on their site.

Vince, how do I find prices like that for postage to the England? The best I have found is about 14.00 for first class and that is for 8 ounces or less. For 16 ounces or less it goes up to 24.00.

Any thing under 8 oz should be considered a first class flat. Meaning the mailing has nothing dutiable. People come to my location sending items in a padded envelope with out tracking. A first class package is trackable and contains dutiable items.I'm on vacation this week but will verify when I return to work.

Must be uniform in thickness,no more than 3/4 inch thick and flexible. A two ounce envelope to the UK can be mailed for $3.23. A 15 oz is $12.60. Envelopes do not have tracking. Packages are trackable and will get into the $14.00 plus range. All and all mailers do not understand the difference between an envelope and a package. Most shippers do not offer the envelope which is why you see mailings as expensive as they are internationally. Just keep in mind any thing thicker than 3/4" automatically becomes an expensive parcel/package. If you are sending small parts such as gears, wheels etc a padded envelope is good. Once a chassis is mailed then it becomes questionable. Dave here is the Postal link to mailing.https://www.usps.com/international/preparing-international-shipments.htm postcalc.usps.com/

I think you can get tracking on envelope type packages if they are over 3/8" thick. so, a piece of styrofoam peanut packing can be used to achieve that. hopefully the USPS expert(s) can define this better and/or correct any misconception I have. this used to work domestically, I don't know about internationally. also, if you use www.paypal.com/shiplabel/create/ you can create 1st class labels with tracking for any domestic package including padded envelopes and such. again, I don't know about international. using the PayPal labels is similar to using eBay labeling and gets you a similar discount compared to USPS online label services.

A T-jet brass 9-tooth pinion is a replacement for a 4-gear armature gear. Thank you very kindly. Good to know.
Where can we get reasonably priced bulk armatures for stock 4-gear chassis please?
Thanks, Ken

Thanks, Ken Seems like Autoworld sells their arms in 6 packs. You can buy direct from them or many AW dealers. Some of our members run cars with AW arms in the stock class. There are a few ebay sellers offering lots of mean green arm and gear plates.
