I'm up for a trip to Al's track. Super tires don't seem to need to be changed for each event. Like Dave, I think mine should be good. Appreciate the offer Gale.

All my cars are running respectable except for the 4Gs. The red 57 Vette and the gn/wh 55 are having some epic battles for whos the quickest or fastest. The arm in the 4G list car went bad. With a new arm and it is running a little better than it was but nowhere near its best ever.

Hi Gale, My cars will NOT be going to the Thunder Road Race as it would be too close to the Bear Creek race. I would be panicking about trying to get cars back over in time  . I know they got to you very quickly but they have taken two weeks on occasion. Please return them to me after your races. Clive |

I have no problem with my cars going to Al's race. The only repeat classes would be the Outlaw classes if I'm correct? I'm not on the list and I doubt if there would be any Outlaw races since there doesn't seem to be a consensus from the people on the list. I'm presently not on the list but think it would be unfair to get a spot just because a car isn't there.

I think Al is just going to race the list cars that show up and not race them for spots on the list.

You do have both a PSO car & a 4GO car either in the shark pool or on the list for the Hot August Nationals, I'm unsure of the standings at present. |

given the situation, I have decided not to race the list cars at all.
no problem forwarding them to their rightful owners after the class races.
and, of course, any prizes and promotional items that might be sent with them. no need for Gale to do two shippings.
I respect that not all folks want to take part in the race I will host. it is all good.
so what we have is a regular event for the class cars and as quick a return to the owners as possible.
I intend on running the cars within a few days of getting them.
if there is anyone that wants to send some cars directly to me, prepare to send them within the week after Gale's race.
those who have pledged, thank you for your support.
I will try to produce an entertaining event that will give everyone an idea how their cars perform on the 1/8 mile.
