Awesome show so far. I've snuck in a few PSO winning passes but today saw my 1st winning pass in class racing . Even though I'm already just a spectator 'till list racing , seeing the craftsmanship of these pocket rockets in action is a real hoot. Congrats to the advancing racers. Many thanks to the racemaster

Congratulations to everybody who advanced to the quarterfinals. Good job Jeff, nice photos and descriptions. Some good racing there, with only one actual upset considering qualifying times. If you noticed my Cars already lost about a tenth from qualifying. This was typical as to what they did here after cleaning. Just the nature of a pancake I guess, Inlines do not generally have that problem. Times are very similar to what they ran here. I don't know if anyone noticed but the white Camaro actually has the smaller tuff one wheels. It would consistently out 60' all my other entries but occasionally it would get passed on the big end. I tried those rims/tires on the other Camaro and performance fell off. Hard to figure. If I bumped the voltage up to 20v the advantage seemed to disappear. It would still 60' well but the other cars made up the difference quicker and it was well down on MPH at that voltage.

Round 3 Quarter Finals are complete. No real surprises this round. Let's see who made it through....
Race 16 Dave632 vs Sjracer. The '67 Camaro makes quick work of the '68 and lays down another blazing pass for the win. Sjracer still has one more chance to get it done with the Gran Sport. Dave632 wins 1.0884et to 1.4233et. Race 17 Kstocks vs Hairy Canary. This could potentially be a good race. Neither car makes a great lap and both slow from their previous runs. Kstocks Mustang is able to get it done and is going to the Semis to face the #1 Qualifier. 1.3774et to 1.4205et. Race 18 Dave632 vs Nosubfor3. The Vega has been consistent all day long. But is that enough to get it done against a rocket? Not today. There's just not enough power to deal with Dave's 69 Camaro. 1.1220et to 1.3363et. Race 19 GTS vs Sjracer. GTS has won his first two races to get here. He would like a shot at upsetting Dave632 in the Semis. Sjracer's Buick is #3 and could have enough to win this whole thing. Who's it going to be? They stage and they are gone. Both cars run their number, but Sjracer will be the one moving into the Semis to meet the #2 Qualifier. 1.2035et to 1.4321et.

Congratulations to all who made the Semi's. Looks like some good races ahead. Looking forward to them. My cars have lost a little steam but this is the kind of thing they did here to. Will see if they have enough left to get it done.

I really hope it's not an all Dave final.....but the smart money is on it! Those big block Buicks are pretty stout. If anybody is gonna unseat Dave, its probably up to you!

Thanks for the kind words, but to do a Lou Holtz. I'm just glad you let my daily driver and grocery getter play with the rest of the fast cars.

Semi Final 1 Dave632 vs Kstocks. There's a lot at stake here. All Kstocks can do is go for the holeshot and hope something goes wrong with the Camaro in the other lane. He does it....the Mustang leaves first and doesn't slow at all. But we all knew how this was going to go. The '67 lays down another lightning pass on his way to the Finals. The only question now is who is he going to face? 1.0967et to 1.3802et.

Semi 2 Sjracer vs Dave632. WOW....WOW....WOW!! Unbelievable! I swear these little cars have a mind of their own. The Buick launches out of the hole like a madman, gets the holeshot and carries that lead all the way through the lights. The '69 Camaro ran it's worse pass of the day but it was coming fast. Another couple of inches of track and it would have been a different story. You can see that by the MPH. Miracle man Sjracer is going to race the other rocket Camaro in the Finals! Holeshot win on a switch! 1.1878et beats a faster 1.1862et. WM .0096 I have both Semis and the Finals on video and will post them when I get them edited. Great race!

Wow, great semi final between the Buick and the Camaro, a .0096 finish margin. Notice the Buick has the smaller tough one tires and look at the difference in the 60', that is where the race was won, great race. The 67 Camaro has the same smaller wheels, should be a great final. Congratulations to SJ racer for making the final.
