Why would they send the package to Los Angles? It is beyond me. According to the Royal Mail, they arrived in New York JFK on the 21st and two days later they were in Los Angeles  . Why send them to the other side of the country? To get to the other side? Like the chicken...? The Crew is getting their kicks on Route 66. Getting a running start at Pennsylvania. Guys although I cannot argue with the negative comments about USPS, everybody is screwed up because of this damn virus BS. Typically the USPS does a pretty good job with the exception of a few local carriers. Lets not beat people up too bad. Clive I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your shipments yet again. I hear everyday about companies large and small that are short staffed because of this virus. With all the negative in the world I'm looking for a little positive. Speaking of positive....I will continue to think positive and hope that your cars show up in time. They had time time to travel to LA in two days. They've had time to make it back to PA now. Fingers crossed. I guess it is one of the things that we will have to get used to in the months to come  . This virus is affecting our daily life in many ways. I will in future get my cars in the mail leaving a good month for them to arrive. At least the crew will have a good holiday in the States . Just all you guys all stay safe, that is more important that our little cars. |

I had a long talk with Christine before I sent her off to PA. No speeding in the pits or return road. No drifting. No dripping fluid on the track. No changing lanes. No excesive braking(its not a bracket race). Keep on the straight and narrow. She seemed pretty excited when she left. I thing she thought I said Transylvania instead of Pennsylvania. Man😲 What kind of Gal is Christine 🚘 And all this "Time" 🤔 I thought see would be loyal and happy with Dave, After All I think 🐌 She'll find out after this Darg 🏁 Race,that there is only one Mater that can keep that 🤔 Gal Tuned up for any Drag Race 😁 finistauri |

I Value the friendships i have found more then you all can imagine. Everyday someone reaches out to me in a special way. I thought to hold back and not say anything, and hate to be so Frank and serious. Like Jeff i wish to be positive for our wonderful country and Freedom. I Gave the Government Postal System the best years of my life 22 to 29 and have wall hangers for commendation, doing every facet of Postal Service going right to the top. To the point of rubbing my hair and having it come out in handfuls, I'm still pretty bald ask Dave it never came back. To say this about the USPO 🤔 look what kind of Persons are running our Government. There are excellent persons and those who will use any excuse not to do their jobs to the best of their ability. We should have never gone to a "D" or "R" I have always Voted on a Person's Merit D or R did not matter but for what they have achieved in their life for the community around them. but their logic and what they stand for has changed. D & R has only divided our Beautiful Country like Two Teams against each other.PO personnel divided also. There is an old saying united we stand divided we fall,Our Govement system is divided.and it should be United bringing our people back together for the good of our each other. Thank Goodness for this enjoyable time we spend together it unites us in brotherly Friendship Drag Racing together, and supporting each other in the good and the troubles we go throw in life. 💙Thank you Dave Vince💙 I have searched for a lifetime for friends like you all. Clive I was thinking that if you are planning on racing in my race Al can just send your cars from his race to me and I can send everything back to you after my race instead of having multiple packages floating around. I have no problem with doing that. |

Lets keep are fingers crossed for Clive’s cars to show up today🤞 If I would of known they was in LA my guys could have swung south and picked them up. Heck they had a day to spare. Still can’t believe they got there over night. I shipped them 2 day. Good Luck to all the racers entered and especially to Clive’s cars getting to the race.

Our about how many horse power they make all together 🤔 They probably could pull one of our old News papers wagon down the sidewalk or street.
Not sure if this is a fact or true,
Said that a super car can create close to 1 horsepower.

The mail seems to be very strange at the moment. I ordered some spares from two people in the States three weeks ago, they both supplied tracking numbers. One arrived in seven days and the other has not left America yet  . I have checked the tracking on my cars and it should be good as there are some giveaways in the box. The postal service relies on commercial international flights to move the mail overseas. The mail is loaded in the cargo belly of the jet. With limited air transportation over seas mail movement is sporadic at best.Meaning two orders placed on the same day could be split because the belly is full. This leaves the second order to wait until the next flight.Hope this helps.Good luck this weak end all racers. |

some sorting centers are letting packages "cool" for 3 or more days before handling them and sending them on. in addition I am seeing many more "missent" results in tracking information which adds days to delivery time. it appears that some regions (Midwest) are having problems staffing sorting facilities and the resulting short hand crews are not able to keep up. maybe, there are more packages as people buy more stuff online that has to be shipped? some guy in the 60's said "the times, they are a changin"! nothing can ever again be expected to be as it was 6 months ago. welcome to the new society and devolving values. 100% correct Mr.Pink |
