Hi Guys, I feel that I must apologise as I sent some Hornby cars over for giveaways at the event. Unfortunately the mail man must still be riding his bicycle across the country and they have yet to arrive at Al’s house along with my race cars  . I am sure that when they arrive there will be some way that they can be sent out to anyone who wants one. |

I am still waiting for a response from USPS regarding my "lost mail" claim.
they are as slow about that as everything else it seems

They must have sent Mazda's cars by pack mule, this is the longest delay I have seen to date.  My Cars and prizes made it back safely today. Thanks again Al and all the sponsors for everything. |

notice .....
I have gotten report that some cars have been left with blemishes from the bubble wrap I used on the cars.
please examine your cars thoroughly and let me know if that has happened to your cars.
I shall wrap cars in tissue paper and place them in plastic bags before the bubble wrap in future.
all of you take special care of your cars and I don't like being responsible for messing them up.
look your cars over carefully please.

Just getting home my box is here haven't opened it yet, but no worries on my cars Al. Maybe us racers could/should pick up some bandanas to wrap our cars in. I don't know if this is true or not, but the guy at the hobby shop was telling me tissue type papers can mess the chrome up on some cars (also foam i guess)? The cars I take up there i had in tissue paper. He said bad idea lol. Haven't done it since he said that. Sam/Skillet
P.s. maybe even some micro fiber towels. Ill look into the micro fiber towels. If I can get a deal I'll send them to jeffs race if you guys want. Just hang on to them for shipping cars around.

None of mine had any problems. Didn’t notice any problems with mine. In years past I had similar issues on die cast cars. Since then, I try to wrap with bubbles facing away from the body. |

The Humgrin Racing crew pulled into town today, justa' hummin' and a grinnin'. They hauled home some great prizes, too!  Thank you Al for running the race and for taking care of my cars & crew. My cars and some Very Cool Goodies made it home yesterday but didn't get to them until today. Thank You to all the Sponsors, Contributors and Participants. And a Big Thank You to Al for hosting a awesome race for us kids and all that you did. If it wasn't for all the RaceMasters we would have no place to play

Car came home today. Thank you to all the sponsors for the cool race prizes. Thank You Mr Pink. I really like the summer slam sticker, that goes right on the race box. The Flame stencils will be put to use, Thank You Bill. I think the Dawg could have bigger tires on the back. She will next time. 450 was way to small. |

Clive's cars arrived!!!!   here are a bunch of Hornby Scalextric cars he donated.  let me know if anyone wants any. PM me I'll run his cars a little later to get times and then everything is getting sent back to UK. . |
