I just checked the USPS site and it appears that it's the same as it has been for the last 6 or 7 months, . . . . . for small flat rate boxes, anyways.

I noticed the 10 % increase on all first class postage. Not sure how much other services have increased. I did check on a 1 pound priority to Calif. which was 9.60 and to NC it was 7.85. Flat rate small was 8.30 but it is hard to get much in that package. Lets keep it at 8.00 for now and see what happens when we ship our packages.

Let’s just hope that the service improves.

I am not sure what the US postal service are doing at the moment. I had a package sent to me from the States on November 6th. I kept checking the tracking number and it had not moved since November 7th . Surprisingly it arrived safely at my address in England yesterday, nearly six weeks after posting. I went on line only to find that according to the postal service it was still in America.

Flat rate box $8.30 we should just up it to $9 OR $10 . this way if there's extra money we can at least get the race host lunch or something. The news yesterday showed packages are taking up to a month to get delivered. Eric (pete) sent me a box took well over a week to get and were not extremely far apart. Yes I finally got the package Eric happier than a pig in the mud. I think the main problem is everyone staying or working from home forces everyone to use the mail.

Cool Sam. With all that is going on the mail is still moving rain sleet or snow. A different PMG will be a good move in the future, a career person.

Our regular mailman is great, he has been on the job for 20 years, but I am sure some of the temps are not so hot.

Well, I feel pretty blessed where I'm at. So far everything going USPS gets outta here and also delivered, once it's in the area, pretty quickly. In my area, I've always had problems with UPS & FedEx. USPS is definitely my favorite shipper. Granted, they have slowed down a bit but I feel they are on top of it and doing the best they can under the circumstances. I have hope that it's just gonna get better with a little damage control .

A package I ordered has stalled in Knoxville for 4 days already. Must be chaos at the post office.

The service is getting worse. My cars from the last race appear to be stuck somewhere in America. They got to Chicago but have not moved since the 17th.
