Jeff, I just checked tracking and my package was with held.
I did not request signature confirmation. I did insure it.
I am not aware of signature required to receive insured packages.
I am sorry this has happened and I completely understand your desire to avoid the post office.
especially since you have other responsibilities.
I will attempt to have it delivered without a signature required.
has any one else encountered this situation?
