Congratulations to Carla and everyone who competed in the .900 index class! That was a tough class.
To what JJ asked earlier about cars and setup. I went round in circles trying to figure out what would work. Ended up running two Tyco 440x2 Wide Pans. Stock front tires .434 Super Tires in the rear. Plus a lot of lead trying to slow the car down. Did a real good job here... slowed it down way too much. I hope everyone shares their setup.

First off great racing. As for what chassis I'm running. Here is my tale of tuning these little B******S. One is an original Aurora 14 ohm magna traction. The other is a stock 14 ohm Auto World X-Traction. Both have no traction magnets. On my track with slip on silicones both cars were in the .910 to .925 E.T and started to break out after repeated runs. So in my never ending brilliance I decided to put some Auto Word Super III front tires on the rears to give the cars a little tire spin off the line. Well they were both in the .945-.960 E.T. Once again I should have left well enough alone and risked breaking out. But there is a silver lining to the dark cloud over my head. Now I have two great 1.00 index cars. Yay👍

Next class to run is Inline Super Stock: TQ unfortunately had a problem and had to be DQ'd. WBJ is the new TQ and will get the first round bye. Here is Inline Super Stock round 1; First pair up, Finistauri's 55 Chevy, one of the top 3 qualifiers dropped way off in performance giving the win to DynoMike.  DynoMike vs Finistauri

WOW! What a surprise to have Wing Nut win best appearing. Competition for best appearing here at Nitro Slots is every bit as fierce as it is on the track. Always enjoy checking out the beautiful cars entered in these events.

Hole shot wins are very unusual with simultaneous start. They don't happen very often but it is cool when they do. It adds an element of surprise. It was against me but it's all good. That's racing! I've had a handful of holeshot wins at Bear Creek on the switch as well. |

Congratulations to the winners and Bill that Wingnut car really looks the business. Good job on that. My inline SS cars are both on stock Bulldog chassis as I wanted to see how competitive they were before doing any modifications to them  . |
