Just to let everyone know, Rick's cars showed up today safe and sound. I will be running a few Match races with some held over cars next week when I get back in town. I'm glad they finally made it. Thank You Jeff I’m pretty tickled they finally made it😁 I first thought Jungle booked a Match Race or two in New Hampshire on the way to Texas and didn’t tell me. But can’t blame this one on him. He’ll be happy Match Racing down in Texas Thank You for doing this Jeff and Bill, Eric and Clive for sticking around and holding yours cars back so I have someone to play with. That’s pretty cool. After all said and done mine will probably lay a big fat egg on the starting line and just sit there and that’s it, Over 😁 Hope not !!

Super pleased that your cars are at the track! It’s always stressful when they get lost like that. You’re constantly wondering if you’ll ever see them again no matter how much you tell yourself that you will.
Don't be too rough on us at the track. The guys have been partying.

Ecbill provided this beautiful custom Mustang body. I mounted it on my PSO chassis to show what it looks like. Beautiful body Bill!
It’s official. The Mustang will stay with Jeff as a race host prize. A small token of our application for all you do to make the races happen. Thanks Jeff

I am really pleased that Ricks cars have made it at last. It’s not only my cars that take a tour around America.

Cars have made it back. Funny thing is I keep having visions of a purple Vega. Open my box and there's an Angry Vega in there. You read my mind Jeff, already got the paint out.

Got the main paint and windows laid out. May just black out the bumpers and grill. I'll probably look at it a few days before it all comes together...I'll post it in AlleyRatz racing when I get further along with it. Goes from purple to black pretty good.

After Hours Match RacesAs we all know Rick's cars showed up late due to USPS error. A couple of racers and myself stuck around for a few after hours 4g Stock Match Race runs and some MM/PS ET passes. But first.......
A couple of glamour shots of this beautiful Hairy Canary creation! A replica Super Shops Arrow. This beauty will find it's way into Swiftkart's trophy box as the big winner of the event!
Congratulations!
Here we go...... Match race format. Best two out of three.
Match 1 Race 1 Hairy Canary Jungle Jim Monza vs Pete Carfitti Mustang Pet's Mustang made a good showing in the Kiwi Challenge and won his Match in two. What does HC have for him. They leave together but the Mustang pulls out a car and a half by the 330' and holds it through the lights for win number one. 1.0260et to 1.0385et.
Match 1 Race 2 Hairy Canary Jungle Jim Monza vs Pete Carfitti Mustang Cars switch lanes. This time Pete picks it up and takes win number two and the Match decisively as Hairy Canary slows down. .9988et to 1.0662et.
Match 2 Race 1 Hairy Canary Jungle Jim Monza vs Ecbill Kiwi Challenger II They were under the body of the Monza before this Match was called up. We will see if they found anything. Lights drop and the Challenger is gone and turns on the win light. The Monza is going down smooth, but is just off pace a little .9759et to 1.0434et.
Match 2 Race 2 Hairy Canary Jungle Jim Monza vs Ecbill Kiwi Challenger II Ecbill slows slightly on this run but still is able to take the win and the Match in two. No improvement for the Monza .9928et to 1.0512et.
Match 3 Race 1 Hairy Canary Jungle Jim Monza vs JJWallace King Cuda Hairy Canary's crew thinks they've found the gremlin. The cars are staged and the Cuda lays down a solid run as the Monza picks it up 4 hundredths and makes it a good race. JJ first win .9328wt to 1.0104et.
Match 3 Race 2 Hairy Canary Jungle Jim Monza vs JJW King Cuda This time Hairy Canary picks it up another 4 hundredths for his best pass so far, but the Cuda edges him out and wins in two .9427et to .9619et.
The Monza makes one more pass before loading it back on the trailer and makes another good pass. It's getting faster.
MM/PS Trans Am and the Dos Palmas Machine Corvette made a couple of ET passes while here.
First pass Corvette left lane and and Trans Am right lane.
Second pass switch lanes Trans Am left lane and Corvette right lane.
