If any of you guys are worried about making the 19 gram weight minimum and don't have a scale to weigh your car. Don't sweat it. I can add a little lead to your car to get you up to minimum weight requirements if your car is under weight when I weigh them before qualifying.

It's a ROYAL digital food scale that was purchased at Walmart. Cost about $20

Made one revision to the rules.
Only Armature bushing allowed (Plastic, bronze, brass) No Ball Bearings allowed

Tony, To be eligible for the drawing you must be entered by Nov. 30th.
Qualifying will be held on Friday night Jan. 23rd and Elmiminations on Staurday Jan. 24th. We'll stop taking entries on Jan. 15th.
That leaves three months to build. Also there will be a test & tune on December 12th if anybody is interested.

Just got my #8826 traction magnets today from Bobs. Timed a stock Gplus put on the new magnets got the same time.Is it the older SGplus's that have the poly? These seem the same as my stock ones.

That was brought to my attention Saturday this past week. Man, who told you guys to get those? If any of you guys ordered them already let me know and I'll buy them from you. Just let me know in the next two days that you bought them (#8826 traction magnets) through a private message. Don't worry about getting any ceramic traction magnets, They work just fine either way. Track record for a G-Plus has the stock traction (polymer) magnets. Sorry about the confusion. They do make a ceramic traction magnet for the G3 but it's not worth spending $17 for them.
