I know there is a set date for test & tune but during the rest of the year is it possible to send in cars we are working on to get time slips to see if we're making progress? I think it goes without saying there would be compensation for time, shipping etc.

That's a good idea for the guys that are building cars but do not have tracks. I'm sure if you contact the track owner and set up arrangements that it wouldn't be a problem.
