HO Altered "How To" Part 1

Here is how to make an Altered out of a J/L Willys. This is a pic of the finished Altered.




This is part 1 out of a 3 part series. The car we will be working on for this build series will be going to Kim (chima).

Tools used in Part 1
-Xacto Knife
-Dremel
Cut off tool
Small and medium round grinding stones
-Hobby drill bit, size 59
-Sharpie marker




Perfectly good Willys in stock form. Let's chop this mother up .



I drew guide lines on the body with a marker of where I will take my Dremel using a cut off tool.



Rough cut



Smoothed things up with the Dremel using a round grinding stone



Primered



Drilling two holes on the trunk where the wing mounts will go. I used a 59 hobby drill bit.



Next part of the series we will start working on the front end. I should have part 2 done in about a week.
