A friend of PSYCHO SLOTS {now NITRO SLOTS} and the host for the second PSYCHO SLOTS Proxy race in St Louis Tim Ranch has passed away. Avery talented builder, racer, and one of the DOGS best friends. Tim Ranch along with the Dog and Carl Schorle started the HODRA Drag Racing club in St louis witch is still holding events 6 to 8 times a year. Though sad all the Dog can remember are all Beer, Laughs, and Drag Racing we shared over the years......
Tim Ranch RIP

Need somewhere to display your slot cars well Green Light die casts has made it easy with their new garage / gas stations buildings. I picked this one up at the show they come plane or prefinished mine was the latter but looked to much like new brick so i weathered it a bit. The interior has good detail the oil spot even has forklift tracks coming out of it. The Dog didn't get a gas station yet but plans to shortly. In my opinion they are the first buildings that look right with 1/64 cars. DSCN8036 by kdogz, on Flickr DSCN8035 by kdogz, on Flickr DSCN8034 by kdogz, on Flickr

This has always been the DOG's favorite show for the shear size over 100 tables of all scales of Slot Cars and TONAGE of parts. this area is just across the Indiana border and a very safe area with more food offerings than you need for a special treat visit The Blue Top Drive In 50's style Drive In with huge Burgers and an order of Fries will feed 4. Hot Rods regularly in the parking lot and hundreds of license plates hanging everywhere, a must see, and eat if you come.

This may be a silly question to you but would you class a Bill Thomas Cheetah as a muscle car? I really have no Dog in this fight but would like to say the Bill Thomas Cheetah not only the coolest slot car ever in all scales but also the reason the DOG started slot car racing in the 60s and he still has copy in all scales.
