Well, I finally got a body that fits the Mega G.... Standard Hotwheels wheelbase so there is little to modify although I did add a parachute to the rear so it would look like a prostock..Im putting wheelie bars on it as well...Windows are next... LOL There are more on my photobucket under "shipsgunner" but this is the idea... Love the new Camaro bod... Coming up next.... the 2008 Challenger... I used the Alumilite Kits and they were pretty easy to follow along... I did notice that prep of the new body is most important so you spend MUCHO less time messing with the cutouts... my next body will go MUCH quicker.. this one took 10 mins to mix, pour and pull from the mold. 2.5 hours trimming all the windows out and the wheel wells. This one since it is my first will probably be a shelf queen but there will be more... WooHoo Thanks Dan

Looks great! I've never done it, but I imagine most guys first one isn't a shelf queen... probably a round file queen!

With the new longer chassis I bet we will see a wave of heretofore unavailable bodies appearing.

Looking good Dan! As you know by now. Playing with Resin is very addicting Youre right about that Sam... Immediately I cast body mounts for that body and am working on a way to do the frame of the wheelie bars for good measure... mainly because it will be lighter.. right now with the body painted and mounted it weighs in at 19.4g and I still have to put a set of wheelie bars on... soooo I have to grind more boddy "inside" to make room for the bars... being close to 19g's...its very important to me... I will put up some more pics tonight.. I have some paint on it and a hood scoop...(glued it before I molded it... should have known better...lol) Have a great one! Dan
