HI Guys I have been lurking around for about a year also.
I'm one of those 1/24th scale drag guys thats getting into HO drag racing.
I'm working on my profile need help on avatar, already have saved on photo bucket.
I will add more info when I get setup.

Hellow Everyone I would like to better introduce myself after signingup the other night.I have been racing slotcars and collecting ho's since the sixty's where I grew up outside of K.C.MO. We where racing 1/24 roundy rounds here in Wichita in the early 80's when we decided we wanted to drag race. We built a track in one of the stores we had at that time and my brother (the electronic whiz ) build atiming system which grew into the sportsman challege series we have know that we race in Kan. Okl. and Mo.since 97. I have always prefered HO's but only had road coarses at home.I ran across this sight,the Mead brothers, and HOTRACK'S store inK.C.M.O. and here I'am.I have just ordered a 1/4 track from ejsrodshop and my brother is building me a new timing system and power supply I have already started the frame work in the basement. I will be getting out more information later on me and my brother's web site.We build and sell all kinds of products for slotracing we also repair power supplies and controllers. Sorry I have gone on so long but your site is the coolest thing Ihave seen in a long time and I have learned alot. It is the first place iI go when I get home from work. The only other things I would like to know is what is in that ragu sauce and how sharp is that chainsaw.

Whoa! Smack talk from the new guy! All right! Welcome to the group... I think...  Demon's saw just got dulled. WDWAHO's first race of 2009 The 3rd Annual CHILI Nationals Complete with all the chili you want! Demon ate too much chili and broke out 2nd round. (Tail Wind. ) Rapid Richard, our 2008 Track Champion, who won 5 of the last 6 points races and blew by Bounty Hunted Bill for the Championship was just taken out after the track owner, (me) put a two bit bounty pre round on Rapid Richard. I ended up racing Richard in the first round and took him out to keep my money! (Tightwade that I am.) ;D Slotman55 welcome to the fun. |

Hey SLOTMAN55 The chainsaw is very sharp and Ragu will be sauce when PSYCHO gets done with him.  DEMON 340 PS. We had a great time at PHILS tonight good food and good racing. |

 hey slotman55  there is nothing wrong with ragu sauce it is the prego sauce from fla . that is bad for ya and that chain saw swinging psycho he got me this time but i ant done yet i will take it away from him soon kids should not play with chain saws ;D
