I want to be sure I understand this part correctly, "T-Jet copper clad chassis" I am assuming this is referring to the copper on the bottom of the chassis right? I'm asking because I remember seeing a chassis that had copper wrapped behind one of the magnets on the side of the chassis body.

You have it right. "Copper-clad" refers to the thin sheet metal used as conductors on the underside of the chassis. Later "wild ones" and "Tuff Ones" models sported silver-clad electrics. How much difference this actually makes is debatable, but theoretically the silver is mopre efficient.

I assume it doesn't matter if the rivets are solid or hollow.
