Got some "house wrap" vinyl from Home Depot and cut it and then there was the dowel Rod 3/8" to withstand the RO's and then there was this corner that needed some protection... and there you have it...
The signs were on EBAY.. there were a dozen of them and I only used two. The white Vinyl worked perfect and matched the sign borders...
Here's the final product (though I will have to get more signs mounted around the entire track....
