ROUND 3
Things are starting to heat up now. The tension is so thick you could cut it with a knife.
The light is coming down.
You can see Demon is tempted to look over at Ragu.
Demon loses his concentration
Ragu hole shots him by a can of sauce leaving it all over the track. Demon gets angry that he's all alone at the light and feels he needs to prove himself and blows by Ragu at 1/2 track.
Demon takes the win with .5127 @ 29.77 MPH
Congratulations Demon!!!
(Sam is going to get me in trouble with his story telling!!!!!!)

Your right Dusted. While I enjoyed the night spouting off my mouth and having fun, the fab psychoslot's crew was working hard to produce the best proxy race yet. Great job guys and Chima. You sure are making it hard for the WDWAHO group to keep up. Thanks for the fun.

Sorry guys. All the drivers had to get going. It's been a long day and I'm going to have to have a talk with Sam LOL!
Demon had a great idea last night about running the 8 closest cars. Unfortunately we will not be able to do it today but, we would like to start doing this at all events.
We hope you all has as much fun today as we did. We will see you at the Super Stock Spring Nationals in FL.

got a 392 FIRE POWER HEMI.

Congrats to all the winners, all theracers that didn't win,all the drivers and people involved at Psychoslots, and all the sponsors! I may not have actually 'won', but I DID go 3 rounds ;D And to me..that's ALMOST as good as a win (ALMOST...but NOT quite..lol  ) And I do think I probly had more fun in this race than the other two I been involved with so far. Really felt like I was 'one of the guys' this time, and not just another 'rookie' racer. Thanks for that guys and gal.  That being said... LOOKOUT at the next MMPS race! I WILL have a 'state of the art' chassis, not an 'outdated,outmototred, antique'! (ok..maybe it wasn't 'antique', but I DEFINITELY was 'outmotored'). For the record, my chassis is a Tyco with a Wizzard sp05 arm, plus I'm pretty sure my car was heavier than most of the field.. Not really too bad of a car, just not quite fast enuff for the 'top' half of the field. Thanks guys! A LOT of fun!! Ron (Bondo)  |
