Where did you get the motor for your white custom?

the motor is a tyco HP-7 motor that I slapped a tyco s worm gear on. I made the chassis out of the rear end of a tyco s and the front end of a JL T-bucket die cast kit.
The nest time I make one, which should be pretty soon, I;m going to take pics of the whole process and share them here. It;s a cool chassis. FAST and easy to build

Sounds good. Looks like quite a bit of work went into the chassis and it shows.
How about the chrome plastic motor, where did you find that?

The front end, with the motor and lights came from a JL T-bucket die cast kit. You should check them out, they're great. Each kit comes with enough parts to build two cars.... and then some.
It comes with several different styles engines, pipes, shifters, chassis (which I cut in half and fuse to the Tyco S rear end), etc. they're really alot of bang for the buck. One seller was selllig them for 10 bucks so I stocked up on a few. I think another person stills sells them at 15 or 20. JL also makes a simular Roadster kit with a bunch of parts as well... I;ve seen those for 10 bucks on ebay too. it has many of the same engines are included but there are one or two that are different.
Search for "1/64 die cast kits" on ebay.. there are other companies that also put out simular kits.
