I know many of you are stuck in the 60's, and this Tip will not help much...8-tracks will not work... LOLLOLLOLLOL
However, if you happened to stop along the way in the late 70's and much of the 80's you might have a few cassette tapes lying around... I have a few hundred...ugh Most of them are absolutely no good because they are either dry-rotted or you dont have enough hair left to join the "Big Hair" fan club anymore.. ;D ;D
So what do you do with those tapes? I found this on an old website... thought it could help some of us in our never ending battle of lost screws... or was that loose screws... never mind...
1. A Good Use For Old Cassette Tapes
Many old and worn-out cassette tapes are held together with five screws. These screws are the perfect size for T-Jets! They are a bit smaller than the standard screws so they won't split the posts. Also, I've found that some of the rollers inside the cassettes make nice wheels if you are on a budget and can work with them a little.. but hey... I said cheap.
Thanks Dan
