#12, Dusted from Clay, NY is the slick black Thompson Pontiac sponsored 64 GTO. Right lane stops the clocks with a 1.8"666" @ 3.42 MPH (No kidding about the "666" maybe you ought to switch to a "Demon" body!) Left lane improves to a 1.7171 @ 3.90 MPH

#6 is the red with silver stripes Camaro of Kdog, from Belleville, IL and the owner of the BAD Dragstrip that is sure to be putting fear into the hearts of the owners of Gateway International Raceway. The Dog runs a ..9139 @ 8.73 in the right lane and a quicker .8695 @ 8.73 in the left lane.
Hey Dog, will the beer be cheaper than at Gateway? Port-a-potty's or the real thing?

WDWAHO Raceway would like to thank our professional drivers, Demon Tom and Rapid Richard. (Paid in that they got all they wanted to in drinks. Yeah, drinkin' and drivin works when you're in the slot.) Also thanks to Frantic Frank for his help along with the Track Lo-Voltage twidget, Bounty Hunted Bill. High Voltage guru is Marvelous Mike.
Without their help this Test N Tune would have been somewhere else!
A listing of the final results coming up as soon as I can type it.

I was really suprised to see the very consistent ET's from each person that entered two cars. Only one person had his entries split by another. And the person that split had his own entries side by side on the ET sheet. It proves there is a skill to this and lots of experience does pay off! Guess that explains why my entries were so far down the list at the last race.
Thanks to all for entering. We had fun (after the track was fixed.) and we are expecting the race to be a blast.

The cars will be re-packed and mailed as soon as possible. Hopefully tomorrow night all will be ready to mail and I'll get them in the mail by Tuesday. (It's a plan.)

Thanks Allstarhr and the rest of the Disney gang for running our cars. Also thanks again Allstarhr for sticking with the track problem and getting that thing fixed.
Here's a tip if anyone is interested. Try the strongest magnets that you have in you car. When the track length was shortened from 11'7" to 8'9", I took out my medium strength magnets out and put in the strongest ones that I had. Stronger motor magnets usually increases torque/acceleration, but tends to hurt top end speed.

440GTX, couldn't you have just told me that instead of telling Rapid Richard, Demon and friends? Nuts! I'll still be at the bottom of the qualifying sheet here. ;D
Seriously, thanks for helping the rest of us "try" to catch up with you. Fun racing that way.
