Wider tires are NOT mandatory. I am likewise having better luck with silicone slip ons on t jet wheels (or at least equal performance) on one of my cars. Our two FRONTLINE entries will be there (overnight grrr) albeit it with 'qualifying bodies' as we are still applying graphics. All four will be ready for the qualifying. I dont recall if brass front wheels are specifically banned. This is a question for Chris. We do specify they should be within the confines of the body, (no fray front ends) and should exhibit a reasonable attempt at a realistic appearance. I think we envisioned Plastic T jet wheels tho Im not sure we specified. Front end ballast (weight) however is quite legal if within the bodies confines. Thanks John, I'm not sure if you would call these "Fray" or just brass. If they were aluminum they would look quite realistic. They really don't have much weight either and I have yet to compare weighted fronts to ballast. I would be more then happy to hear others opinion on that one too!

I'm sure they will be fine as long as they meet these requirements
Front and rear tire/wheel set may be of differing dimensions. Lo-profile tires are Permitted, but tires must be of sufficient diameter so as to contact track when car is in a normal on–track attitude. (local ground rules may allow the near-touching of front tires.) Tires may be bonded to the wheels. Delrin wheels, injection molded wheels and similar aftermarket wheels and tires are permitted if they do not exceed the dimensions .460 diameter and .215 width. Front wheels and tires may not extend in width beyond the fender lip, as measured vertically from the 12 o'clock position on the wheel opening arc.. REAR tires of legal dimensions (.215) MAY EXTEND beyond the body confines provided such extension is not excessive. (No more than 1/8” IS RECOMMENDED)
Wheels Specific: A reasonable attempt to affect a prototype appearance on non protoype wheels is required. Minimally, delrin or any other ‘disc type wheel must be painted Black, Silver/Aluminum/Magnesium or match Body color. Decal inserts, or other Mag wheel inserts are a desirable feature.

Much better answer, Sam. ;D. BTW have you guys seen the DRAG RACE Mustangs at Road Race Replicas? Some of you guys might be changing Bodies for SS NATS once you see these! I emailed the the guys at RRR and told them I hope it's the start of a trend. Take a look and let them know what you think. Small businesses like these DO listen to feedback! www.roadracereplicas.com

Hopefully this is the beginning of more things to come from their already impressive line up of wheels, decals, bodies etc..... . Can't beat the body kit price on those Mustangs. Looks like you get a finished pre painted body that comes with decals that you apply. All for $16 Also if your looking for decals, take a look at their selection. They have the drag car names decal sheet #N39 with enough names to do 10 cars for only $6.

I didnt have time to check with the guys..............hope this is ok
If you are entering a second car, and the car was not assigned a number....... use the the two digits of the number of your first car, and preceed it with a "2"
first car is #21 second car would be # 221
if both your cars have already had a number assigned, do nothing.
does that work guys?
cant wait for the race!
