I am looking for drag style rims, front drag style O ring tires and over sized silicone rear wheels. Where are good places to find these? Thank you. Jody

Depends on what you mean by oversized.........Model Motoring still has aluminum wheel sets that are very nice. Any wheels made for AFX would be oversized for T jets. Road Race Replicas has a wide variety of wheels available. Tuff ones size wheels in 'open wheel' design are available for M.E.V. ( The t ejt body guy.) Many brands can be interchanged when resized for T Jet axles. Some really large rims for T jets would be the Drag Wheels made for the specialty dragster chassis. You might check Lucky Bob's, T.S.S. Hobbies, North Coast Performance Hobbies, Jag Hobbies, New Jersey Nostalgia Hobby. I am sure I am missing a few, these just come to mind quickly. There are some really nice custom drilled sets available through ebay from time to time..........I don't recall the seller right now but I'll check. This should give you a few leads.

I am not sure of the interchangeability of "inline' chassis axles, wheels and gears If you buy from an online retailer, tell them your application. A copuile more outlets for inline stuff as well as T jet stuff, Are Wizzard, and BSRT. The super hot set up for drag racing are the silicone coated foam tires. If you see pics of them they very highly glossy. We here like them in black, but they do come in various colors.

Jeeze and here I always thought tires were supposed to be black. I have never seen orange or white tires on any 1:1 cars! LOL. Thanks for the help. Jody

If you are looking for slip on silicone tires, NCP Hobbies has 1/2" tall tires. They are made by American Line and are part # AML126AS. They are 1/2" x 1/4" and fit AFX and Tomy rims.
