I am getting ready to start installing my DP2000 timing system and have a few questions. First of all where exactly do you put the start line? I was trying to look at some pics and it looks like the staging sensor goes right in the start line. Is this correct? I have a 1/4 HO strip. Thanks for your time.

Our pre stage sensor is 1/4" before the stage sensor. If I remember correctly, this distance was suggested in the manual. Sam
