01/04/2009 I had to bring this one back for another look. I pick it as "2008 car of the year" here on psychoslots. This year in December I would like to set up a poll on what cars you guys think should be nominated as "Car of the Year". Keep posting those pictures guys. This car was painted and detailed by Kevin (Kdog). Nice job my friend!!! If you'd like your car as one of the background pictures then submit clean, bright, uncluttered pictures of your rides. Here is a look back of what was posted when this was the BG picture of the week. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pappose's BB/FC #18 running at the Fall Nationals next weekend at PSD in Colorado Springs, CO. Read about this car here: www.psychoslots.com/index.cgi?board=ntra&action=display&thread=825

01/09/09 HOBob's Monte Carlo MM/PS. Super clean Orange paint with a hint of metallic. The chassis looks like a stout runner and this body has every detail a guy could want. Nice job Bob! This one showed up today for the test and tune next week.

01/18/2009 Slotcar64's Wheelie car. Way cool!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is what he has to say about his ride. For those 'Exhibition' wheelie standing vehicles, a fun thing to do is mount a strip of brass across the rear bumper to get the look of the cars bumper on the track throwing sparks (skips along the rails). Really cool if you dim the lights and have a "Night of Fire" ;D (not suggested for tracks or controllers with fuses)

As requested, I'm working on a "How to" article on Wheelie standers for the 'Tips' section. You'll get a good look under the H.U.G. shortly... Just gotta get a few more pics done. ;D

BTW – Thank you all for my Hemi Under Glass being nominated and selected as the Background photo. As a newbie here, I was very surprised and am truly honored
