12/10/2007 Wes writes. This body is from tyco ford coupe (lots of chop, cut, sand) the front end was piece of Tyco VW bug added, spoiler is from tyco porsche 935, like i said lots of epoxy, sanding, etc. the paint is metallic red with grave digger decals from tmead427 (i love their drag decals) umm its sitting on afx 4 gear specialty with post under it to hold the body. took me 3 weeks to do it on and off whenever i had time. its was fun working on it. Nice job Wes!

I've made up alot of the those Lil Red Wagon's too.... here's a tip, the interior from JL die cast, fit perfectly inside the body. All you have to do is dremmel out the underside a little bit to make room for the front wheels. It makes a huge difference!
Nice job Kdog!

As always very nice ! As much as I enjoy seeing my stuff on the background photo, I enjoy seeing your custom creations there as well. I'm not sure everyone understands that these are ( in my opinion ) the best custom lexan bodies & cars avaible anywhere right now. GOOD WORK ! Thanks for the chance to join this super group of drag racers, builders, and historians. Is this fun or what ! Kevin

Thanks Kevin. The site keeps getting better every week. I'm just glad to be a part of it all also. I like how you capture the yester year of your builds. I'm gonna take a page from your book of gasser slots and apply them to the 57 build.
If any of you guys out there that have pictures of your rides but are unsure of how to post pics, just send them to me at skrcustoms@msn.com I'll get them on the site for you.
